Q: how many flushes does it take to get all of your toilet paper flushed at one of Seattle City Hall's green toilets?

A: It depends. Some times it is not possible to flush enough to unstick toilet paper from the inside of the toiled by flushing, no matter how many times you flush.

They say it doesn't matter because they are using Recylced Rainwater, but they are encouraging others at least by example to use these same kind of toilets to conserve non-rain-water, which is likely to result in around 10 times as much water use as a normal toilet!

If something is functional, it does not work. Non-functional green technology is decoration, not alternative, and not saving the environmental.
